PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA COLLECTION

The "Rilievo" application does not collect, store, or share any personal user data on remote servers. Rilievo is a tool for surveying rooms and buildings using your device's camera and LiDAR scanner, and does not require account creation or the entry of personal information.

To perform its core function, Rilievo requests access to:

• the Camera, to acquire an AR/LiDAR scan of the space being surveyed;

• Location (When In Use), limited to compass heading, to orient plans and drawings to true/magnetic north during a scan.

Neither the camera feed nor your location is transmitted anywhere; both are used only on-device, live, while you are actively scanning.

2. DATA USAGE
Any content you create — survey projects, AR scan data, room geometry, generated plans/sections/elevations, and exported files (DXF and other export packages) — is stored locally on your device. Rilievo does not transmit or share this data with third parties, and does not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking technology.

3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Rilievo does not integrate any third-party service, SDK, or backend that receives your personal data or usage data. All object/opening recognition and geometry processing run entirely on-device using Apple's ARKit, Vision, and Core ML frameworks.

4. SECURITY
The information stored within the app — survey projects, scans, and exports — remains on the user's device. No data is transmitted to external servers, ensuring the protection of information managed within the app. Deleting a survey or the app itself removes this data from your device.

5. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy. Any changes will be communicated within the app and will take effect from the date of publication.
