2. Complete all 3 Assessment Sections and take screenshots with proof of your completion.
3. Save the screenshots onto one document as "Last Name, First Name - MyIDP Assessment".
4. Upload the document HERE.
Due June 11 (Extended Deadline)
1. Choose 2-5 Career Advancing Goals, Skills Goals, or Project Goals to work on over the next year.
- Develop SMART goals for these.
- The AAAS myIDP has a section to complete this work under the "Create Plan" section.
- You can also learn more about SMART goals in this video.
- Take a screenshot of your goals from MyIDP or write them in a new document, and then upload them HERE.
Due June 30
Meet with a mentor (any self-identified mentor, does not need to be lab mentor) to review your goals. Take notes and consider implementing their suggestions for the next step. Write 1 page to summarize and reflect on your meeting. Upload it HERE.
Due July 10 (Extended Deadline)
The objective of this assignment is to create an implementation plan for reaching your goals. After meeting with a mentor to review your goals, write a plan for working toward these goals over the next academic year. If you're using the "myIDP" website, feel free to upload a screenshot (or PDF) of your full plan (Implement Plan > Print & Export > Generate PDF). If you do not want to use the website, you may write your own implementation plan in Microsoft Word, on notebook paper, etc. - whichever is most effective for you. Once completed, upload your plan HERE.
