You've just arrived for your first semester of college, the campus is located a short 5 minute bus ride to town, nestled in the valley of a mountain. The distance is walkable, though you've been advised not to go at night.

It's hunting season now, and the woods that surround the town of Dawngrove are perfect for big game, or so you've heard. A rather large bear is terrorizing the residents as of late, but a few hunters have been spreading rumours of something else... something more sinister, something that isn't a bear.

That's only a rumour, though.

...Right?

Curious about what the rp will be like? Aside from casual rps, Dawngrove will have a main story line that your characters will be able to influence and traverse. Story line RPs will be group rps ran like a tabletop game; characters will be able to participate in fights, conduct skill checks, level up, and effect the world.

Dawngrove is a small college town RP, with magical aspects including minor powers. The plot begins shortly after your character starts their classes, and will reveal a story about a potentially dangerous cryptic monster, and introduce characters to magic through a witchcraft / wicca interest group, that we hope to evolve into a coven.

We (the staff) want to help your character integrate into the story. we love character and world development!
