Katrina A. Burch, Ph.D.
Dr. Burch is an Assistant Professor of Psychological Sciences at Western Kentucky University. She has a Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from the University of Connecticut, as well as graduate certificates in quantitative research methods and occupational health psychology.
Dr. Burch teaches courses in research methods, industrial/organizational psychology, writing, job analysis, compensation, training, and organizational psychology.
