Quinceanera Mass

THE PETITION FOR MASS

The Petition form to request a Quinceanera Mass is available in the Parish Office.

Mass Day and Time =

Saturday @ 11:00 am or @ 1:00 pm, depending on church calendar and priest calendar.

Mass Language =

English or Bi-lingual or Spanish.

The Petition is to be accompanied by a deposit ($200), and the remaining offering ($800) is due at Church Office no later than TUESDAY 5:00 PM before the weekend of the Mass.

The Mass is scheduled at the Church in coordination with the Pastor and Church schedules, subject to the completion of the following conditions.

FAMILY REGISTRATION

The family should be a Registered and Active member at Saint David Parish [or another parish .. pastor letter required] and family members are observing the Precepts Of The Church (see heading [PRECEPTS]).

GODPARENTS

Each Godparent must fill in the Diocese Godparent Certification form and return it to the Church Office.

BAPTISM

The teenager must have already received the Sacrament of Baptism; please bring your certificate to the Church Office to be copied; we will attach the copy to your Petition.

FIRST COMMUNION

The teenager must have already received the Sacrament of Holy Communion; please bring your certificate to the Church Office to be copied; we will attach the copy to your Petition.

CONFIRMATION

The teenager must be enrolled in a program to prepare for the Sacrament of Confirmation; please provide a letter from your instructor [parish name and address, student name and registration date and status, instructor name and phone and signature and date]; we will attach the letter to your Petition.

REHEARSAL

A Rehearsal is scheduled with the coordinator during a weeknight a few days before the Mass.
