Supervised web and digital marketing activity for one of California's leading private universities, positioning the University for regional and national recognition. Oversaw creation and maintenance of a brand-new university web presence. Built, motivated, and managed Chapman’s digital marketing team.
Added responsibilities after promotion: Supervised the video production team and oversaw the creation of recorded and live streaming video, including YouTube, Facebook live, VR, drone photography, etc. Managed increased department budget and vendors.
Staff size: Supervised all vendors and interns, plus a team of fourteen full-time employees, including four direct reports (organizational chart).

Oversaw the University’s web presence (more than 15,000 pages overall).

Strategic Marketing and Communications Achievements:
Led team to over 50 awards in web design, content, functionality, and social media.
Supervised a complete overhaul of the primary website, including a new CMS, new code, and new search engine optimized content.
Project completed ahead of schedule and under the allotted budget.
In 2012, Chapman's new website was one of the pioneering examples of Responsive Web Design (RWD) among colleges and universities, preceding institutions like USC, Yale, Stanford, and Harvard.
Utilized data, iterative design, and agile SCRUM to improve Chapman's website over time.
Web traffic grew approximately 5% each year and 12.59% between 2016 and 2017.
Oversaw a ~300% increase in organic followers on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram combined.
Directed and produced the 2007 Chapman University promotional video.
Started Chapman's first social media accounts.
Created Chapman's first blogs and inbound marketing strategy.

Added responsibilities after promotion: Created, implemented, and managed additional digital marketing and recruitment campaigns and communication assets, including implementing a new CRM. Coordinated with Admission staff to create and distribute print collateral and implement and manage automated drip campaigns.
