For the past 50 years, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank has been a leading force in the fight against hunger in Los Angeles County. Dedicated to realizing a vision where no one goes hungry in the county, the Food Bank efficiently distributes food and grocery products through a vast network of partner agencies and direct distribution programs, impacting families, seniors, and children. Having distributed roughly 2 billion pounds of food—equivalent to 1.65 billion meals—since its inception in 1973, the Food Bank has consistently demonstrated its commitment. The Food Bank now reaches over 900,000 people monthly. Recognized as a 4-star rated charity by Charity Navigator, the Food Bank's impactful efforts have been pivotal in addressing the pressing issue of hunger in the community.

Under the direction of the Chief Development Officer, the Director of Marketing and Communications leads all marketing, public relations, and communications efforts for the LA Regional Food Bank. Responsible for messaging, branding, strategy, and tactics, the Director of Marketing and Communications leads the marketing team, and manages the design and execution of creative assets.
