Piano Concerto in C Major

In 2021, I began making sketches of a piano concerto opening movement, based on Mozart early concerti. In 2022, I undertook a serious study of the Mozart Piano Concerti, especially nos. 6, 8, 9, ... I completed the opening movement over the summer, and worked on a cadenza, finishing that in October. Although part of my impetus for writing a concerto was my love of the concerti slow movements, especially nos ... I have been struggling to write a satisfactory slow movement of my own. More study of the Mozart examples is needed, although I have begun a study of nos .... and have identified a number of key characteristics of those. I hope to finish all 3 movements in 2023.
