1. Entry Table
Always place the entry Table with the open side facing the entrance so that the stool can slide underneath it.
2. Curtains
Use rubbers to put wrap the two entry curtains.
3. Door
At the moment, we block the door from the outside with two cement blocks.
4. Broom & Dustpan
Place the broom next to the front door. Ensure that the broom does not cover up the Exit sign. The dustpan is fixed on the wall with a rubber.
1. Box Placement
Place the four black boxes with the flat surfaces underneath the wardrobe behind the curtains, next to the bar. The rest of the white surfaces (as shown above with the arrow) go on top of the black boxes.
2. Wardrobes
The three wardrobes go at the back in front of the black boxes. The tool bar fits perfectly into the wardrobes.
3. Roll-Desk
Place desk next to the wardrobes, in front of the curtains. Pull the curtains closed behind the desk (as shown on the picture with the arrow on top).
4. Stative Box
Place the stative box vertically behind the curtains on the side of the bar.
1. Placement
Place the big ladder with its bottom part facing the entrance and the small one in front of the big one. Make sure that the right door (shown in the picture with the arrow on the right) is not stopped by the ladder.
2. Direction
The stickers on the ladder should point to the stickers on the hooks.
3. Black Boxes
The black boxes start where the toilet door opens the widest.
4. Placement
Place the boxes horizontally along the wall (up to four boxes in height).
Separate the thicker cushions from the thinner ones. The RED Molton Box (shown in the image) is only for the WINDOWS.
12 chairs max. in each stack.
Tie the rope under the front legs of the first chairs and then tighten it.
The chair legs should be inside the trolley's frame for stability.
The storage room houses our light equipment, all kinds of tapes as well as our cleaning supplies.
General trash and paper is disposed of in front of the gallery. You need the main key to open the gate. Please ensure to do so quietly if you do it after 10 p.m. For glass, there are trash cans about 30 m down the street. Beware of the quiet hours, if you want to throw it away after an event.
There are six podests: four identical ones and two identical ones. The two matching podests with the smaller foot hole must be placed at the bottom, as they are the only ones that fit the custom removable wheels. The remaining four podests stack on top.
The narrowest is always on the floor. The other podests are stacked one on top of each other, with their respective feet taken off and stored inside of them. We stack the three carpets and the basket with cushions on top of the last podest.
Please make sure to put all tools back where they belong and that all the boxes are places evenly and steadily.
Make sure the curtains are closed and the black moveable box is in front.
