There is a small switch inside the lock (“snib”) that enables open door during frequent use
Switch UP = door can be opened by pulling (unlocked).
Switch DOWN = door is fully closed when shut.
The last person locking the door must make sure the switch is DOWN. Please test by pulling the door - it should not open.
