Danny Doucette

hear my name

Call me Dr. Doucette (why?)

he/him/his

I'm a high school science, math, and physics teacher at Woodlawn High School in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. Teaching is my vocation and physics (and science and math, too) is the field I love.

Previously, I worked at St. Francis Xavier University and North Carolina State University. In 2021 I completed my PhD in Physics Education Research (PER) at the University of Pittsburgh with Dr Chandralekha Singh. Before that, I spent 10 years teaching high school in Mongolia and Latvia. I grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada.
