Danny Doucette
I'm a teaching assistant professor at North Carolina State University. In 2021 I completed my PhD in Physics Education Research (PER) at the University of Pittsburgh, studying Physics Education Research with Dr Chandralekha Singh. Before that, I spent 10 years teaching high school in Mongolia and Latvia. I grew up in Nova Scotia, Canada.
I'm proud to be associated with the Underrepresentation Curriculum Project (URC), the PER Consortium of Graduate Students (PERCoGS), and the AAPT Committee on International Physics Education (AAPT-CIPE).
Teaching is my vocation and physics is the field I love. My goal is to improve the pedagogy and culture of physics and physics learning at all levels.
