Google Classroom is rolling out the ability to make rubrics in Google Classroom. Once you have that option, you can find the step by step directions HERE.

Google Classroom seems to be constantly evolving. Over the summer, there were some MAJOR changes occuring. While some of these changes appeared to be helpful, some were a bit puzzling. Eric Curts describes these changes in his blog "Control Alt Achieve".
