As the Lead Training and Content Developer, at Charles Darwin University I had the opportunity to make significant contributions to the TechnologyOne Finance project. My involvement in the TechnologyOne Finance project encompassed:
Creating customized training materials
Facilitating effective communication through scrum meetings
Delivering progress updates to stakeholders
Utilizing project software tools like Atlassian (Jira)
Co-developing a learning material tracker.
The image below shows the road map to change for the TechnologyOne Finance project. ADKAR is a model of individual change: and consists of awareness, desire, knowledge, ability, and reinforcement.
I created a unit on Blackboard (LMS) to provide a comprehensive learning experience for the participants, enabling them to access and engage with the training materials effectively.
To promote an agile mindset and encourage collaboration, I took the lead in conducting daily scrum meetings.
I developed a customized training structure worksheet that had a significant impact on the learning outcomes for the participants.
Jira software allowed me to monitor the progress of the project, track tasks, script test and ensure the quality and functionality of TechnologyOne.
My Smart SheetLearning Material Tracker, served as a valuable tool for monitoring and organizing the learning materials. This tracker improved efficiency in managing the various resources, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
I regularly delivered bi-weekly showcase presentations to keep project stakeholders informed about our progress. This helped maintain transparency and allowed stakeholders to provide valuable feedback and insights
