Harmonic Records wants to generate 20% more revenue on new products to solidify the expansion, and therefore needs to train employees on the new products and how to accurately answer questions about the new products during customer interactions.

Business Purpose: Pixel Photography is a premiere camera company that currently features a camera geared towards beginners that they began selling last year. They have performed 6-, 9-, and 12-month customer feedback surveys and want to improve their customer ratings on ease of use from 6 out of 10 to 9 out of 10 by the end of this fiscal year. They would like to do this by enhancing customer knowledge of the product in a fun and easily accessible way. In the long term, Pixel would like to increase positive advertisement and customer reviews and in turn increase revenue of the product by 10% within the next 18 months.

Currently, HR interviewers have a performance gap with the quality and quantity of hired candidates due to lack of interview expertise and appropriate training of the company’s recruitment department. This training set is suggested because there is a need for better training, preparation, and provided resources to employees so they may interview effectively and confidently. This training set will provide the needed expertise to reach the company goal of hiring 2,000 qualified employees by the allotted date.
