I believe learning should be interactive, efficient, and fun. To that end, I use blended learning, eLearning, and instructor-led training backed by needs analysis to reach learners and deliver training solutions that will transform the learning experience.

I have experience designing and developing:

Design documents that address performance goals and align with learning objectives.
Storyboards that include detailed descriptions of branding, avatars, scripts, colors and fonts, clearly labeled layers and slides, animations, and company images.
Needs analyses that get to the root of the problem.
Articulate Storyline 360 courses that use scenario-based learning, tabbed interactions, variables, and virtual 360-degree tours.
Articulate Rise 360 courses that provide clean visual design, project and marker blocks, and clear learning objectives.

I love instructional design.

The content is always different, I get to collaborate with experts in the field, work on projects that develop and change with each round of feedback, and produce products that positively impact the lives of diverse, passionate, and wide-reaching audiences.

When I'm not designing, I'm playing the drums, marimba, some other percussion instrument, or a combination of all of these. I'm also an avid gym enthusiastic and an amateur photographer. I have a cat named Pomelo.
