Mastering S.T.A.R.: A Guide to Effective Interviewing

Business Purpose: Job Seekers Consulting is creating an initiative to support job-seeking clients who have recently moved to Canada. The initiative aims to build and organize resources for clients to support the entire job search process, from setting up a LinkedIn profile to interviewing with confidence and accepting an offer. 

Business Solution: Offering blended learning training sets with tools and resources on topics including S.T.A.R., assistance with LinkedIn profile setups, resume and cover letter writing. Modalities include eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, microlearning, and job aids all housed in Articulate Rise and easily accessible when most relevant. 

Tools Used: Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Forms, Google Jamboard, Canva

Note on the Participant Guide: When used with vILT, the participant guide will be shared by the producer to all participants as an editable PDF. They will be prompted to make a copy to edit during and after the session.
