I believe in the use of appropriate teaching strategies that progressively encourage critical thinking, problem solving, communication, creativity and project-based learning.

I believe that teaching encompasses a learning problem solving skills through experienced based education as in internship and apprenticeship in order to produce high quality graduates with transformative skills required to sustain opportunities that stimulate social and economic growth.
