Pedagogical Goals

My pedagogical goals stem from PedaL Pedagogy and stated as:

• To make the teaching activity a learner-centred by creating an enabling environment for an all-inclusive teaching and learning experience that integrates the learner, content and the learning resources.

• To integrate into my teaching, multimedia resources such as pod-casts, E-dialogues, ePortfolios, wikis, google sites flipped classroom to stimulate the learner understanding of the subject matter.

• To enhance teaching and learning through strategies such as use of case studies, simulation, role plays, student brainstorming, and a range of problem based learning activities aimed at maximizing learning outcomes among learners.
