Instructions:
Lie flat on the back with the legs outstretched.
Begin by pulling the right knee into the chest, lacing the fingers and wrapping the hands around the knee.
Press the right knee across the body towards the left side, twisting to touch the knee to the floor.
Keep the left arm on the knee and reach the right arm out to the right side of the body, deepening the stretch.
Hold the pose for 30 seconds, then repeat on the other side.
