Lying Hamstring Stretch

Instructions:
Begin lying flat on the floor, face-up, with the legs outstretched and the arms by the sides.
Lift one leg into the air, straightening it at hip level.
Lace the fingers behind the thigh and pull the leg closer to you until you feel a deep stretch in the hamstring.
Hold the stretch for 30 seconds then release. Repeat on the other leg.
