Instructions:
Begin the stretch lying on the back with the knees bent, feet flat on the floor, and arms by the sides.
Place the right foot over the left knee and lift both legs up.
Lace the fingers behind the left thigh and pull the legs towards you until you feel a deep stretch. Push the right knee out to deepen the stretch.
Hold the stretch for 30 seconds, then relax and repeat on the other leg.
