Dance Card Events is a professional event and project management business with over 30 years’ experience delivering well-planned, seamlessly run events.

With roots in hospitality and catering management — including owning and operating both a catering business and a gastro pub — the business has grown to provide comprehensive event management services across private, corporate, community, and charity sectors. This includes extensive experience in dance and cultural events, corporate functions, charity fundraisers, and bespoke hosted experiences.

Dance Card Events has successfully delivered weddings, training courses, private celebrations, community events, dance weekends, ladies’ days, and themed events such as murder mysteries, as well as events for local authorities, corporate clients, and charitable organisations, managing occasions for up to 200 guests.
