To accompany "Yarny's Looms" eLearning module, this job aid helps Yarny's customer service associates reference how to weave on a loom, step-by-step. Demonstrating how a loom works was a critical buisness goal identified by Yarny managers in order to increase sales through the selling of looms. Due to lack of prior knowledge of how looms work, associates neglected to share loom information with customers.
