Microcredentials 

One of my favourite ways to learn new skills is through online microcredential programs. These are typically hyper-focused online training programs that allow for asynchronous learning in cutting-edge disciplines. They allow me to learn the things I am interested in at my own pace and in my own environment. I find microcredential programs to be so important because they offer a clear view of what the future of education will look like; open, equitable, highly-applicable and user-centred.
