Family Coaches
Family coaches (listed below) are responsible for planning and conducting activities to assist parents in becoming actively involved in the instructional programs of the school. They will work with the school staff to develop and maintain positive home-school relations, contact students and parents weekly to check on student progress and maintain documentation of family and student interactions. In addition, they provide referrals to other agencies and work collaboratively with the cooperating agencies provided to enhance services to students and families.

Ms. Frasier graduated from Claflin University in Orangeburg, SC, with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She has been in the child/daycare business since 1989, in various privately operated and DSS licensed daycares. She has also worked in Charleston County Schools in the Head Start Program. Ms. Frasier has held several positions in the childcare profession to include lead assistant and assistant director.

Ms. Johnson graduated with an Associate Degree from Miller-MotteTechnical College in Health Information Technology. She was employed by the College of Charleston for the last six years prior to joining the D20PCP Daycare team where she works with the infants.

Ms. Green graduated from South Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry. Ms. Green has been working in childcare since 2011 and is working with the infants in the D20PCP Daycare.

Ms. Whitfield-Brown graduated with an Associate Degree from Virginia College in medical billing and coding. She has been a teacher assistant at Charleston Progressive for the last five years. She held positions in the CD4, Kindergarten, and primary and elementary classrooms prior to transitioning to the D20PCP Daycare Program with the two & three year olds.
Childcare Assistant
Ms. Wilson graduated from Claflin University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and a Minor in Education. Ms. Wilson has worked in childcare since 2019, and is the latest provider to join the D20PCP Daycare Team and works with Ms. Whitfield-Brown in the two and three year olds' class.
