D20PCP Moms on the Move is an organization of women helping women to positively affect the attitudes and behaviors of young African American girls and girls of color. This personal development process will expose young women to life “beyond their city block” to present a world of opportunities and personal growth that can lead to a prosperous and bright future; to emphasize the benefits of personal sacrifice and hard work that will result in a “Brighter Day” for them and their families. The staff, assisted by the Family Coaches, will work with women and girls to do goal setting, planning and development of high academic achievement to improve their lives and the lives of women and girls in their community.
