Denise V. Haynes

Denise V. Haynes, a proud Charlestonian and graduate of Burke High School, has over 15 years of experience working in education, spending the last 10 years working in higher education. She is a proud graduate of North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Winston-Salem State University, and the University of Phoenix. 

Denise has embraced the words of her parents and grandparents: “Success is all about persistence and doing the right thing for the long term.” She believes in personal growth and accountability of others and herself. She leads by example and trusts God in her decisions, knowing obedience is better than sacrifice. In her spare time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family and loved ones, relaxing, traveling, reading, and listening to music. Denise’s greatest accomplishments are her daughters Ava and Alicia.
