English 103 C is a college level course in written communication. It is designed to develop reading, critical thinking, and writing strategies necessary for academic success. The emphasis is on writing argumentative essays. The course requires the use of research and documentation skills. This course is designed to continue developing critical thinking, reading, and writing skills beyond the level achieved in ENGL 100 C. Course will focus on the development of logical reasoning and analytical and argumentative writing skills. Prerequisite: A minimum grade of C in ENGL 100 C or ENGL 100HC.
