Greetings From Your Instructor

I'm Christy Groves (she/her/hers) and I will be your instructor for English 103C. I am super excited to be getting to know all of you this semester! Together we will work toward achieving your academic goals. My role, as your instructor, will be to guide you on your path to becoming master critical thinkers, insightful readers, skilled researchers, and ultimately, expert writers. We will accomplish this through reading thought-provoking texts, engaging in class discussions, and practicing the various ways to create a successful argumentative essay. For those of you feeling hesitant or overwhelmed, please be assured that we will be working through all of this TOGETHER! I am always here to help!
