Multi Organisation Meetings

As so many of the issues on site are passed around the different bodies CCBC, Meadfleet Redrow, our AM Dr. Hefin David managed to persuade all of these bodies to meet face to face and have a site visit to discuss all of the issues.

We have   commenced formal quarterly progress meetings involving Redrow, Meadfleet, CCBC (Planning, Parks and Highways) and Dwr Cymru/Welsh Water - Key focus road, facilities and open space adoption. these meetings are facilitated by Hefin David and his staff. Usually we meet in Tredommen House and when needed we will arrange site visits.

Any resident who would like more information, to take a more active part in the association, be involved in these discussions or who has points to raise or topics for us to work on should come along to our Annual General Meeting normally held in March or look out for our open committee meetings. 

During the Pandemic all meetings are being held virtually, using MS Teams. If you are interested in taking part, please  email cwmcalonca@gmail.com or sign up to the association on the web site.
