Q1
Ownership / Responsibility for trees on site.
Answer
This depends on the exact location of the trees in question. The web site and noticeboards hold up to date maps showing exact current and intended future areas of responsibility. Digital versions can be supplied on request.
Q2
Non-Adoption of parts of estate by CCBC
Answer
The roads (highways), play grounds and some specific green areas are due to be adopted by the council however this has been delayed in part by the non-adoption by Dwr Cymru due to unauthorised work which is being fixed by Redrow.
The park and green areas are under discussion but are waiting sign off of quality issues. Uncertain when this will be completed.
Q3
Engineering Works and other pit buildings.
Answer
CCCA are having discussions with the council trying to push the process of having the land owner to maintain or develop the area. Things will take time, but we need to keep pushing to make things move. Further action will be needed in the future without doubt.
Q4
Motor bikes and scrambles used on cycle path / Unauthorised development alongside the cycle path /
Answer
This two are linked as it appears that the landowner is increasingly allowing the use of the land for this purpose and for unauthorised dumping of waste as well as change of use of the land and destruction of trees.
