Biochemistry Club

Biolympiad Club

Official CVHS club for taking and studying for the USA Biology Olympiad Exam (USABO).

Coding+=1

Coding+=1 is a friendly space to explore programming with friends. Whether you’re completely new to coding or already working on personal projects, our club welcomes all experience levels. Members can learn at their own pace, share knowledge, and collaborate.

CVHS FIRST Robotics Club

CVHS' FIRST Robotics Club teaches members how to design, build, wire, and program robots to compete in competitions around the Bay Area. We compete in the FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC), where our team spends 4 months (Jan - Apr) to build a robot that competes in an arena against other robots around California. If you are interested in STEM and want to join a collaborative community of engineers, we meet Mon & Fri at 407B afterschool!

Mu Alpha Theta

Mu Alpha Theta is a place to explore math beyond the classroom and challenge your problem-solving skills through fun events. Members can earn volunteer hours by tutoring elementary and middle school students in CVUSD, and help organize our annual math competition, which brings together students from across the Bay Area. Join us to learn, share, and celebrate math with your peers!

Rocketry Club

Rocketry Club is a hands-on club where we design, build, and launch rockets. Each year, we participate TARC, a nationwide competition.

Science Olympiad

Science Olympiad allows teams of students to compete against other schools from across the nation in events that cover many different scientific fields including chemistry, physics, biology, and more! They get to explore their interests on a deeper level by participating in a combination of hands-on build events and rigorous study events, all while surrounded by other motivated and driven individuals.
