The privacy and safety of the Scouts in Pack 203 is our highest priority in all online communication.
The Pack 203 website (www.pack203arvada.com) is open to the public as a means of sharing information about Cub Scouting and Pack 203. No personal information about our Scouts or their pictures will be shared on the website or as a result of a request for information submitted through the website contact form, unless the parents have signed a photo release form authorizing the pack to share their Scout's picture.
If your family is not affiliated with Pack 203 yet we would love to share general information with you! Please fill out a contact request form and we will answer any questions you have and send you information to attend our upcoming events.
If you are a currently registered Pack 203 adult/guardian/family member, a request for information through the website will be responded to privately from the appropriate leader.
All current families are also invited to join our (private) Facebook group to share information and pictures.
All adults are also highly encouraged to take the Scouts, BSA online Youth Protection Training (YPT) class in order to educate yourself about the requirements for all adult leaders when working with Scouts. Scouts, BSA and Pack 203 take personal Scout safety seriously and all Pack 203 leaders are required to hold current YPT certification and adhere to the Scouts, BSA requirements for physical, emotional and online safety. All Pack 203 activities require at least two YPT adults to be in attendance, and if there are any female Cub Scouts participating in the activity we require at least one female leader to be present (the only exception to this rule is if the parent of the female Scout is present).
The Youth Protection Training class information is available at this website.
Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns about our safety and privacy policies.
