An Action Group is a small team within each church that helps guide and sustain the partnership.
Made up of committed individuals, the Action Group works alongside church leadership to ensure the relationship remains active, healthy, and mutually beneficial.
Action Groups help:

✔️ Organize and support partnership activities
✔️ Encourage participation within the congregation
✔️ Keep the partnership aligned with shared goals and purpose
✔️ Provide updates and reflection to church leadership
Each partner church forms its own Action Group, and together they serve as the lifeline of the partnership—helping relationships grow with intention, consistency, and care.

✔️ Leadership and ministry exchanges
✔️ Joint teaching and worship experiences
✔️ Community outreach and youth initiatives
✔️ Intergenerational connection and engagement
Many of these engagements take place virtually, making it easy to build consistent connection across distance.
There are also opportunities for reciprocal travel and in-person visits as relationships grow.
