Training and Knowledge Sharing Event for the E-handbook – Codifying Innovation in Learning and Teaching

The second joint staff training event of the CT.Uni project was hosted by the University of Economics in Bratislava. This event focused on testing and refining the methodology developed in the project’s second intellectual output – the E-handbook for Codifying Innovation in Learning and Teaching.
The training brought together academic staff from all partner institutions, with a focus on:
Exploring how external challenges (from business, government, NGOs, etc.) can be integrated into university curricula
Testing tools and methods for identifying, analyzing, and codifying innovation challenges
Applying STEAM and transdisciplinary approaches to real-world problems
Strengthening collaboration between academia and external stakeholders
Participants worked with real-life challenges presented by external partners and used the handbook’s methodology to assess their suitability for integration into teaching. The event also served as a platform for sharing experiences, refining the tools, and gathering feedback for finalizing the handbook.
This training was a key step in ensuring that the project’s outcomes are practical, transferable, and aligned with the needs of both educators and external partners.
