The CT.Uni project officially launched with a kick-off meeting hosted by Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (IPG) in Portugal. This first transnational project meeting brought together representatives from all partner institutions to establish a shared understanding of the project’s goals, structure, and implementation strategy.

The meeting focused on:

• Introducing the project framework and expected results.

• Clarifying roles and responsibilities of each partner.

• Discussing the timeline and coordination of project activities.

• Reviewing the quality assurance and communication plans.

• Planning the first Learning, Teaching and Training Activity (C1).

In addition to the working sessions, participants had the opportunity to engage in a study visit and a local networking event with regional stakeholders. These activities helped to strengthen collaboration and set the tone for a productive and innovative partnership.

This meeting marked the beginning of a three-year journey aimed at enhancing transdisciplinary and STEAM-based approaches in higher education across Europe.
