Current Events & Opportunities
The Guide shares a wide range of classroom strategies. Some take very little time to implement and others will be longer term efforts.
We share three evidence-aligned categories of classroom practices that support learning, enhance a sense of belonging, and ultimately contribute to improved retention and persistence rates at our institution. These strategies are particularly relevant in the post-COVID era, as they are intentionally crafted to meet the diverse needs of today's learners.
Self-paced learning is a great way to expand your teaching repertoire! Each course offers learning designed to support our current student population's needs. They provide and practical guidance on incorporating evidence-based practices that apply to all disciplines. Whether you are new to teaching or are a more experienced course instructor, your students will benefit from your application of the course material in your classes. Feedback, on-going support and collaboration for the learning is provided by CTLL staff.
Participants may enroll to audit or complete the course to earn a CSU Pueblo Professional Learning certificate. A digital badge will be issued to course completers once the system is in place later in this academic year.
Courses are open indefinitely. Work through the material at your pace, anytime, any place.
