The University Relations Scrapbook Collection documents the activities of the institution from 1969 to 1993. In this collection, many achievements of women can be found throughout the newspaper clippings and press releases about the institution during the Clayton Junior College and Clayton State College years. From women trailblazers who were the first in their field, distinguished educators, and prominent female authorities in their field, Clayton State acted as fertile ground for promoting the careers and endeavors of women while allowing them a place to express their expertise and talents.
