Empowering and Assisting Women Earning College Degrees for Over 50 Years
Supporting the education goals and success of female students is one of the missions of the Morrow Civic Woman's Club. The Club has bestowed scholarship awards to female students since 1965. In 1982, the scholarship program opened to Clayton Junior College returning female students, which ensured the club's commitment to serving the needs of women within the local community.

MCWC members use many different club events as fundraising opportunities to support their community service initiatives. In 1999 members held their first Annual Fashion Show seeking to raise funding to support the MCWC Scholarship Program to support female students returning to college. The artifacts displayed below document how the event has grown over the years. 2018 marked the 20th anniversary of the club's annual Fashion Show.
