近年、海外の研究者も毎年のように参加頂いております。そこで、可能な場合、口頭発表PWPスライド（PDFスライド） は英語で、ポスターの図表は英語で作成いただきますようお願い申し上げます。
In recent years, researchers from abroad have been attending the conference every year. Therefore, if possible, we request that oral PWP slides (PDF slides) are prepared in English and poster figures and tables are prepared in English.
口頭発表
発表時間は 15 分（発表 12 分、質疑応答 3 分）を予定しています。
会場にご用意する発表用PCの OS は Windows です。プレゼンテーションソフトウェアは、Microsoft PowerPoint および Adobe Acrobat Reader をご用意いたします（それぞれのソフトウェアは最新版をご用意する予定です）。ご希望のソフトウェアに合わせた発表用ファイルをウイルスチェック済みの USB メモリ等でお持ちください。
口頭発表の発表ファイルは、一つ前の休憩時間までに、大会側で準備している発表用PCに保存してください。最初のセッションで発表される方は、朝早めにお越しいただき、発表ファイルの登録をお願いいたします。受付は8時50分から開始しております。
Macintoshを使用される方は各自ご用意ください。
アニメーションや動画の使用に制限は設けませんが、動作の保証はいたしません。休憩時間などを利用して各自で動作確認をしてくださいますようお願いいたします。
発表ファイル名は「発表番号_氏名」としてください。例：O1_高知太郎
Oral presentation
The presentation time will be 15 minutes (12 minutes for presentation, 3 minutes for Q&A).
The PCs available at the venue for presentations will be Windows-based. Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Reader will be available as presentation software (the latest versions of each software will be provided). Please bring a virus-checked USB memory stick or similar with the presentation files for the software of your choice.
Please save your presentation file onto the conference computer provided by the organizers no later than the break preceding your session. Presenters in the first session of the day are requested to arrive early in the morning to register their presentation files. The registration desk will open at 8:50 a.m.
Macintosh users must provide their own Macintosh.
There are no restrictions on the use of animations and videos, but we cannot guarantee that they will work. Please check the operation of your presentation during breaks.
The name of the presentation file should be "presentation number_name". Example: O1_Taro
ポスター発表
ポスターは、1演題につき横90 cm × 縦120 cm以内の大きさで作成してください。
ポスター発表は、1日目午後に実施する予定です。
ポスターは実行委員会が用意するマグネットで、各自のポスター発表番号（P番号）が付されたボードに貼り付けてください。
希望者のみ（先着12名）翌日の14時まで掲示することができます。それ以外の方は、当日のポスタ終了時に自分のポスターを剥がしてお持ち帰りください。
Poster presentation
Each poster should be no larger than 90 cm (W) x 120 cm (H) per presentation.
Poster presentations are scheduled on Day 1 afternoon. Up to 12 presenters who wish to do so may leave their posters on display until 2:00 p.m. the following day. All other presenters are kindly asked to remove their posters immediately after the poster session concludes.
Please display your poster on the board marked with your poster presentation number (P-number). The organising committee will provide magnets for displaying your poster.
