11月8日（土）は11時から15時まで大学生協食堂（朝倉カフェテリア）が営業しております。
11月9日（日）は一食 800円のお弁当（飲み物はつきません）を大会実行委員会で手配いたします。参加申込みの際に合わせてお申し込みください。なお、9日は学内の生協食堂は営業しておりません。
November 8 (Saturday): The university co-op cafeteria will be open from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
November 9 (Sunday): The organizing committee will provide boxed lunches at 800 yen each (drinks are not included). Please order your boxed lunch at the time of your registration. Please note that the co-op cafeteria will be closed on November 9.

当日参加も受け付けています。なお、昼食の申し込みと懇親会の参加は受け付けていません。下記の大会参加費を受付においてお支払いください。
On-the-day participation is also accepted. Please note that lunch registration and participation in the banquet are not accepted. Please pay the meeting fee below at the registration desk.

事前申し込みをされた方は、参加費、懇親会費、お弁当代の合計額を 2025年 10月 3日までに下記の高知銀行の口座にお振り込みください。なお、恐れ入りますが、振込手数料はご負担願います。納入された大会費は原則として払い戻しできません。いただいた個人情報は大会運営以外の目的に使用することはありません。
Those who have registered in advance are requested to transfer the total amount of the participation fee, banquet fee and box lunch to the following postal bank account by 3 October 2025. Please note that bank transfer charges are to be borne by the applicant. In principle, the convention fee paid is non-refundable. The personal information you provide will not be used for any purpose other than the running of the conference.
