Centered around different applications, and how to use them, lets get into Unit 2. Working in Excel, Microsoft, Powerpoint, and even creating Mindmaps to learn techniques to apply to the process of planning , and further organization. Learning the difference between a working file (can still be edited) and a deliverable file (ready for export) made a difference in how I will manage my files moving forward. For example, as i create this slide show this file is still a working file. Once I complete this assignment at the end of unit 6, and I prepare to get a grade for it, I will change the settings to make this file deliverable to share. Another topic discussed was files, and subfiles, which shows the layout of hierarchy which is a way of organizing information so you can understand where things live, how they relate, and how to find them again.
