For this project we were to research one emerging technology advancement. We were to find why it is needed, how it affects your everyday life, what are the ethical concerns, what are the advantages, and what are some new advancements we are seeing today. I researched Human Augmentation because I find it fascinating and scary at the same time. I have a fear of technology taking over the world, but I find it so cool that we are able to use technology to fix biological issues. While researching I learned that hackers can actually get into the technology and manipulate it. I never thought about that because I didn't think about how it has to be connected to a network to work.
Through this project I was able to get a better grasp on what it going on in emerging technology today. There is so much research out there, and it is so much trial and error. It has the ability to change so many industries for the better. It can completely change in the future the way we live and work.
