For this project, I had to collect various types of digital media samples in order to find, explore and ethically share different types of digital media.
I found this image by searching "Orioles Baseball" on the creative commons website.
I downloaded the small sized version and uploaded it to my website.

To the left is a soundcloud audio clip of the orioles playoff win in 2014.
I embeded this clip because I am a huge orioles fan and this is the best orioles memory I have that I can remember.
I could not find any licensing information or sharing limitations, so I will credit and link to the original source and follow the TASL rule of thumb, which stands for Title, Author, Source, and License.

This is an embedded video I found on YouTube.
The video is a song created by Kondwani Fidel made about the orioles as a "hype song" to welcome fans back to orioles park after Covid-19 restrictions kept them away from the park for over a year.
This video was embedded, meaning it has an embedded code, but there was no usage policy or licensing information so I will credit and link to the original source and follow the TASL rule of thumb, which stands for Title, Author, Source, and License.

I learned a ton of new information while doing this project. I learned about new types of digital media such as audio files and animations. I've used images and videos all of my life so it was fun to explore with different types of media. I learned about creative commons and how lots of work online has a creative commons license, but I also learned how to give credit and avoid copyright issues with someone else's work even if you can't find any licensing information. All and all, this was a very fun, but also very informative project that I didn't know I needed.
