We showed the storyboard to our chosen target group user, Aung's grandmother. "The robot looks nice. I'm a little worried about how there might be dust on the lotion and towels if that's going to be rubbing my body. I think putting it low is not that good. How will it clean itself? An improvement would be to make it massage or bring medicine." Based on this feedback, we could provide a lid for the towel container, so it is covered like the lotion, cleaning alcohol, and cotton ball containers to prevent it from getting dusty, dirty, or contaminated. Regarding cleaning itself, a stretch goal is to have a button where the robot arm can retract and do the same wiping motions with an alcohol wipe on its base just like it would do to a person's back.
