Vestibular
Tap left elbow to right knee then alternate right elbow to left knee
Use a slow, rhythmic pattern
Use floor tape as “lily pads” and jump like frogs from one line to the next
After jumping through lily pads 3-4 times, finish with a long, straight line as a balance beam to improve focus
Proprioception
Stand approximately two feet from wall, with arms extended and feet flat on floor
Bend elbows to bring face to wall
Push against wall to return to starting position
Place hands on chair, near hips
Lift bottom off chair and hold for 1-2 seconds (controlled movements are key)
Lower bottom back to chair
OR you may do dips, see photo above
Elbows under shoulders, straight back
Attempt to do 30 seconds on, 30 seconds off multiple times (incorporate music, etc. for motivation)
Sit upright with knees bent, feet on floor.
Pass an item from left side to ride side of body, over knees
Once you get the hang of it, lift feet off floor and continue alternating item from left to right
