We started to folded paper in different shape such as heart, bird, flowers and stars. It is enjoyable to collected stars in glass jar and five them to someone.

My culture is kind of the same as Japanese paper fold. We fold a bird to show feeling of missing and commemorative. ”

“Origami is not common in my country. I used different Japanese ornaments.

It was interesting to discover new things about japanese culture especially about traditional ornaments and their meaning.”

“In our country there is no tradition to make origami. But we like oriental culture, therefore many of us copy and make Japanese origami.

I made a stamp in the shape of tagetes ornament, which is sometimes used to embroider clothes. And decorated the wings of the crane with it. ”

“Actually, I have known Origami when I was a child, it is seemingly closely linked to the childhood of children in Vietnam. For example, we believe that fold 1000 cranes will bring luck for the received person and some things more. So that why Origami is very prevalent in Vietnam.

I can only say that the biggest crane in Ukraine was made in 2010 by children. This was hold in the national zoo.I used Japanese patterns for crane's wings.

I drew some crosses on the chest to represent the national tradition of embroidery.

It is art practice (classes) for children to for the development of motor skills.I do put more sense and meaning into the spheres of art like origami or patterns. I manage to incorporate my new knowledge into my style (a way of expression).

In school usually pupils practice origami exercises. Some Japanese patterns are similar to traditional Ukrainian patterns.
