Organizational Structure

The CRC Foundation is governed by its own constitution. Interference by any person is not acceptable here.

1) Advisory Council: An advisory council will be formed by making the principal of Comilla Residential College as the chief advisor to provide advice on the overall issues of the working council in the decision-making of the foundation. In addition, a five-member advisory council will be formed with the teachers of Comilla Residential College.

2) Working Committee: A working committee will be formed to manage the foundation. Advisory and permanent members will play a role in the formation of the working council. The term of the elected executive committee will be one year. The elected Executive Committee has all organizational executive powers. The meeting of the working council will be held once in every month.

3) Sub-Committee: The foundation's affiliated sub-committee will exist for the smooth management of the overall activities of the foundation and the implementation of all the decisions of the working council. The sub-committees shall continue their activities for a period of one year after being approved by the Executive Committee. The sub-committees will be governed by their own rules under the chairmanship. The sub-committees are:-

• Educational Assistance Sub-Committee

• Voluntary Sub-Committee

• Cultural Sub-Committee

• Information Dissemination and Publication Sub-Committee

Basically, the overall activities of the organization will be managed under the supervision of this sub-committee.
