The CRA was formed in October 2008 and represents the views of residents of the Crooksbury Road, Runfold, Surrey area on public issues, including: - planning applications- road traffic- environmental concerns. We respond to consultations issued by Farnham Town Council, Waverley Borough Council and Surrey County Council which affect our members. The area we represent lies on the ancient trackway known as the Pilgrims’ Way, about 2 miles (3.2 km) ENE of Farnham and is a semi-rural environment with many trees, sheltering the residential properties along the roads. Adjacent to two nature reserves, Crooksbury Hill and Runfold Woods, there are many footpaths, including the North Downs Way which crosses the area, as well as several bridlepaths to enjoy. A small recreation ground completes the rural facilities.
