The scope of the project consists of the full renovation of approximately 30,500 square feet of the existing  school building including interior and exterior improvements in phased approach. 

• The exterior renovation includes replacement of the roof, new and replacement windows, limited brick repointing, limited site work (at  the entrances only) and exterior painting. 

• The interior renovation of the building will include substantial demolition, the construction of new partitions, relocation and addition of restrooms and other plumbing, redistribution and/or upgrade of the electrical system, replacement of mechanical units and updated and/or new duct distribution, and new finishes throughout the building.
